What are your office hours ?

8am-4pm Monday - Friday. We do offer weekend and evening classes.

Do you teach First-Aid courses?

Yes, we teach CPR, First-Aid, and AED classes.

Are your classes only for Healthcare Professionals?

No, we teach classes for healthcare professionals as well as people that just want to learn life saving techniques.

What is the difference between the skills portion and lecture portion?

The American Heart Association requires you to do a lecture/test portion and a skills portion for any course they offer. You can now do the lecture/test portion online at www.shopcpr.heart or you can take the full course meaning the lecture and skills portion in-person. Also, the skills portion for any class has to be done in-person. If you have any additional questions or need more clarification please feel free to contact our office at 803-367-7554.

Do you offer mobile classes?

Yes, we do offer mobile classes at an additional cost. Mobile training is offered on the weekend at various locations such as Florence, Dillon, Ladson, Charleston, and Mt. Pleasant, S.C. contact the office for those class dates and times.


Do you offer nights and weekend classes?

Yes, we offer nights and weekend, but that is by demand only. However, contact the office to inquiry about our nights and weekend classes.


What is your refund policy?

Once payment is made for booking a session, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. Each client receives one free rescheduling if the session is rescheduled prior to the 48 hour window before the session. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 48 hours before your session begins or your payment and one-time complimentary rescheduling will be forfeited. To reschedule your session, simply send an email. If the session is cancelled within the 48 hours before the scheduled start of your session, no refunds are available.
